This Legal Notice governs the general terms of access, browsing, and use of the website owned by TPCT Auction (the «Platform»), as well as the information accessible through it.

Access to the Platform confers user status and entails full and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions set out in this Legal Notice, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

TPCT Auction will use reasonable means to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, access errors, or outdated information. Nor shall it be liable for damages arising from improper use of the Platform by the user, the presence of viruses, or third-party actions circumventing security measures.
