This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website operated by TPCT Auction (Tax ID ) in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Royal Decree-Law 9/2019 transposing the ePrivacy Directive. The platform is operated from the European Union and personal information collected through it is governed primarily by EU privacy law.

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and forms part of the legal framework governing the auction platform.
